Some guy made a beta tool for autobalancing, not sure how reliable it is but still.
Seems what it does is it kicks someone if the game doesn't get balanced after a few seconds, there's obviously a warning on that.

Problem with it is I have no idea if you can switch team without dying, so I don't think having it kick a few seconds after a warning is a good idea, but it's there for the testing.

I don't like the idea of kicking someone just because they want change sides...If teams are uneven then server should switch a player when he dies and toss up a little message thanking them for there cooperation. Ideally this would be a non-squad player.
