What's wrong with this picture?

I've completely deleted DOD and reloaded. I removed the day of defeat folder and let it rebuild. Any ideas on what's causing this? In other maps I get other variations on tree or bush foliage being messed up.

I dont know Tommy but I have been getting the same thing. I also reloaded and it didnt help. I know have a greater problem in that I cant get any video out of my fragwagon.

maybe Hurricane Jimena came through there. It looks like corugated steel from some ones shanty house.

i dont know what happens with it for sure, but i know that things like that can be caused by irregularities in the game files...

if you right click on the game name in the steam "my games" window and click "properties" then choose the local files tab at the end and do verify integrity of game cache.

its been known to fix things like that tongue.gif

OK, so now I've wiped the entire steam folder. We'll see what that does. I bet it won't help. I bet it's a change in the source graphics engine that my ATI drivers won't handle. They're pretty recent like 12-2008. The most recent won't install properly. Note my video card in the sig.
